The Open Door program promotes the value of every person's contribution to the community – not in spite of our religion, sexuality, race, gender identity, or ability – but because of these and all the other individual characteristics that make us who we are. Open Door members don't go to meetings or do service projects. They simply commit to widening their circles of concern and striving to celebrate the unique gifts of every individual.
